Technical Response


Boasting an average 4 hour response time and a first fix rate in excess of 98%, our clients are not without a service for very long. Our engineers carry a large amount of stock on their vehicles to enable machines to be up and running as quickly as possible. All calls are logged and date stamped, with full details of the fault recorded and we then issue a call number. Calls are immediately transferred to the relevant engineer who can see the time of the call and all details relevant to the site and the machine including past history if relevant.
